Digital Talent Scholarship (DTS) is a competency development training program provided to Indonesian digital talents since 2018 by the Human Resources Development Agency of the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia. The program aims to enhance the skills, competitiveness, productivity, and professionalism of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) personnel for Indonesia’s young workforce, general public, and civil servants in the Communication and Information sector. By doing so, it seeks to improve the nation's productivity and competitiveness in the Industry 4.0 era, as well as meet the demand for skilled technology professionals.

The DTS program is broadly divided into eight Academies:

1. Fresh Graduate Academy (FGA)
2. Vocational School Graduate Academy (VSGA)
3. Thematic Academy (TA)
4. Professional Academy (ProA)
5. Government Transformation Academy (GTA)
6. Digital Entrepreneurship Academy (DEA)
7. Digital Leadership Academy (DLA)
8. Talent Scouting Academy (TSA)

The Ministry of Communication and Information Technology of the Republic of Indonesia strives to create a balanced ecosystem to maximize the role of the pentahelix (government, community/society, higher education institutions, business world, and media) as facilitators and accelerators supporting the digital economy.
